Frequently asked questions
How does the selling process work?
Submit photos and information about your item through our online form. We’ll review your submission and, if interested, provide an initial purchase offer.
Who pays for shipping?
We cover the shipping cost. You’ll need to provide your full name and return address so we can prepare your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to you by email.
Will my item be inspected?
Yes. All items are inspected upon delivery to confirm that the condition matches the photos and description provided with your submission. Authenticity will also be verified where applicable.
What payment options are available?
We currently offer three payment options: PayPal before shipment, Zelle after the item is received and approved, or a split payment of 50% through PayPal before shipment and 50% through Zelle after the item is received and approved.
Are there fees for PayPal payments?
If you choose PayPal, the applicable PayPal processing fee will be deducted from your purchase offer. If Kerry specifically wants 3% displayed, we can state 3%, but I recommend confirming that percentage before publishing it permanently.
What happens if my item does not match the submitted description?
All initial offers are subject to inspection. If the item's condition, details, or authenticity materially differ from the information provided during submission, the initial offer may be revised or withdrawn.
